Your organization contracts for a set number of coaching hours for designated leaders or employees around your organization’s needs (e.g. creating buy-in, increasing morale, handling difficult work and employee relations, organizational change management, etc.). Conversations between the company employee and the coach are confidential.
Program Elements:
- Blocks of 10, 15, and 20 coaching hours are available.
- Coaching hours expire after one year of inception.
- Quarterly reports are provided to the company representative.

Challenge Elements:
- Interactive monthly virtual 60 to 90-minute sessions using our Motivational Moment Short Stories or Journals
- Receive tools, coaching support, and accountability in this group like setting with 1:1 time with our CEO and Founder, Tamiko Nettles.
