About Us

It took a long time for our CEO and Founder, Tamiko Nettles, to decide to "Let Go": 

• Let Go of not reaching her full potential.
• Let Go of what others thought if she created something that had not been done before in an organization or herself. 
• Let Go of being silent in rooms that did not want to hear from their greatest constituents - their staff or each other.  
• Let Go of creating a traditional path to build capacity in teams and organizations.
• Let Go of seeing that although there is no way to fund an initiative, develop a team, or grow supportive teams, it can be done and be successful. 

These are just some things Tamiko had to "Let Go" of in the "Waiting Phase" of our Phases of Letting Go™, and she wants to ensure that it does not take YOU or YOUR Team that much time to do it too. 

For the past 20 + years, Tamiko has been on the front lines ensuring that our educators, those experiencing homelessness, and students of color are seen, valued, and heard and receive the support to do it effectively. Through her work as an educator, author, coach, program leader, and motivational speaker, Tamiko works with schools, non-profit organizations, and other educational institutions to provide customized solutions to fit their specific needs. Her services include training and professional development programs, appreciation and recognition bootcamps, coaching and mentoring for educational leaders, book consulting services, curriculum and instructional design, assessments, and data analysis. 

Tamiko believes that investing in education is crucial to building a better future, and is committed to making a difference in the lives of both educational leaders and students. With her expertise, passion, and dedication, Tamiko helps organizations and the people within them achieve excellence in inclusive practices and make a consistent positive impact in their communities so that they can Let Go & Be Great!
